I have been in real estate for more than 11 years now, and have recently switched to Hamilton’s number one real estate firm, Lodge.
I like to provide my clients – both buyers and sellers – with as much certainty as possible. When working with vendors, a marketing plan will be developed that reflects the needs and circumstances of the seller, presenting the property in the best possible way to maximise demand and price.
When working with purchasers, I’ll listen to their criteria and promise to tap in to my market knowledge and city-wide contacts to provide real estate choices that genuinely reflect the needs and budget of the buyer.
