About Tony Kerapa
Hello, my name is Tony Kerapa. I was born in Hamilton, lived most of my life in Hamilton and in the surrounding areas although I have had the odd period of time living overseas. I presently live in Ngahinapouri where I have been for the past 30 years.
I have taught classes at Les Mills World of Fitness, (Body Attack aerobic class’s) which I have done for 28 years and recently resigned so that I could direct more energy into my Real Estate career.
Prior to commencing my Real Estate career, I worked at Health Waikato where I spent 10 years as a Registered Nurse. The first five years were in Palliative care/Oncology department and the remaining 5 were with community health. Initially as a District Nurse (Hamilton’s first male District Nurse) and in the later years as the Oncology/Palliative care Resource Nurse.
I commenced my Real Estate career in 1997 which I immediately loved and since then have excelled in this field. My roles have included Sales Manager, Auctioneer and a Sales Consultant. I joined Harcourts in April 2009 and have found the transition challenging and extremely rewarding. In the year 2009, 2010/2011 and 2011/2012. I excelled and was number one Residential Sales Consultant running an extremely successful business within the Harcourts Group. In 2012/2013 number 3 Residential Sales Consultant and 2013/2014 number 3 Residential Sales Person. In 2009/2010 3rd Top Auction Lister Nationally, 2010/2011 2nd Top Auction Lister Nationally, 2011/2012 28th Salesperson Nationally, 2012/2013 9th Central Region and 2013/2014 10th for the Central Region.
Throughout the years I have been awarded numerous accolades and have my goals set to succeed in the coming years. During the past 16 years the awards I have obtained have been due to hard work, persistence and my love of the real estate industry. This is evident with my silver award and now being a member of the Harcourts $185,000,000 Million Dollar Club.
To assist me with my daily roles I now have a team to ensure that the service we offer to our clients is one of excellence which we pride ourselves on.
As a Team this allows me to deliver the service that I would expect and to ensure that all of my clients needs are met.
I believe that all Real Estate transactions should be a professional and stress free and my goal is to ensure that the process is seamless.
