Living in Livingstone, St Andrews, Western Heights and now The Dales over the past twenty years has given John a great appreciation for the western market he specialises in. Johns’ children attend Maeroa Intermediate school and St Johns College. His daughter plays soccer for Western United. He has also had the opportunity to coach the eight grade cowboys, entrenching his ties with the community. This has also given him an extensive network of buyers who look to upgrade within the area.
Johns previous career in a garden centre gives his clients a unique opportunity to maximise the value of their property. “First impressions count” explains John. “Often this can be as simple as cleaning up the front entrance or replanting a seasonal flowerbed to give buyers a wow sensation at the front door. Presentation is the key to selling”.
Over the past eleven years he has sold over $34 million worth of real estate. John has been recognised by the company with admission into Lodge Gold Club in 2004 and 2005 and the Elite Lodge Ruby Club in 2006, and awarded Lodges most improved Salesperson in 2004.
