About Sean Stephens
Sean Stephens joined the NAI Harcourts team in Hamilton in 2015. He primarily looks after the thriving Te Rapa area, while also focussing on industrial areas in Melville and Hamilton Airport.
Sean brought 20+ years management experience to the table, all in the fast changing media industry. The last eight were at Fairfax Waikato, the final two years as Commercial Manager, responsible for the Waikato Times, 11 community titles across the region and the national Agri division.
Sean has made a mark in commercial and industrial real estate and has successfully negotiated several leases and sales, including several significant land sales, part of a design-build process. In the 2018-2019 year Sean was the third ranked NAI Harcourts Agent across New Zealand.
