Hi, I’m Melodee Tribe
I am passionate about real estate.
My focus is to professionally market and sell properties, endeavouring to achieve the best possible results, in the shortest possible timeframe, with both a happy vendor and a happy purchaser. Bayleys provides me with the systems and support I need to be able to provide my clients with the very best service.
I have an eye for detail and believe that good communication, and honesty builds the basis of a trusting relationship necessary between client and agent. I listen to my clients’ wants and needs, both when selling their property or recommending a property for them to view, I have strong core values of hard work, honesty, empathy and trust.
On a personal level, I am married to Dennis and have three teenage children, Kyne, Logan and Serena, we live on a lifestyle block in Karapiro. I love the Cambridge area. I am very family oriented. I enjoying supporting our kids in whatever activity they decide to take part in, as well as keeping myself active, mostly cycling and walking, and working on our land. I also enjoy catching up with friends and meeting new people.
