About Steve Cochrane
For nearly all his working life, Steve Cochrane has been self-employed, predominantly in building and the sales and marketing fields.
A move to the Waikato in 2001 allowed Steve to live on a lifestyle block only minutes from a city. The purchase of a business in the hospitality industry was great for a stranger in town, making many new friends, including one who asked him to join PGG Wrightson Real Estate Ltd. This move has proved very rewarding and fulfilling for Steve.
PGG Wrightson Ltd as a brand encompasses many of the values Steve shares and which other companies can only aspire to.
Steve works in partnership with Bob Pennycook. They have been responsible for sales exceeding $50 million from 2008 onwards. While being the recipient of awards for achievements and recognition from his peers, the most rewarding part of the job for Steve has been the thanks from his many vendors.
